A note of place
We gather within the San Bernardino National Forest, on the unceded territory of the Qawishpa Cahuillangnah. We honor all nine sovereign Bands of Cahuilla as traditional stewards of this land — and accept only a kinship view of our place on the planet.
Greetings, dear human
Something new is being born.
Organic, timely, and alive — born out of love for the earth and for future generations. We offer individual therapy, trauma healing intensives, support groups, and coursework in collapse-aware living and Deep Adaptation.
We specialize in supporting people who feel overwhelmed about the future. Our approach nurtures resilience, supports nervous-system healing, and fosters interpersonal safety.
What we believe
Healing is not merely personal. So much of what we carry is the inherited wound of an over-culture that severed us from each other, from our bodies, and from the Earth. Community is not supplemental to healing — it is the balm itself.
When a complex system is far from equilibrium, small islands of coherence in a sea of chaos have the capacity to shift the entire system to a higher order. A Human Sanctuary exists to be one of those islands.
